Change Log
This is the running record of material changes to the Adventive Cloudflare account. It is updated on each scheduled inventory refresh: the job compares the newest snapshot against the previous one and appends an entry here for anything it classifies as major. Cosmetic or purely internal churn (for example, a Worker re-deploy that changes only a modified_on timestamp) is not recorded.
What counts as a “major” change
Section titled “What counts as a “major” change”An entry is added when the refresh detects any of:
- A zone added, removed, paused, or moved between plans.
- A Worker, Pages project, D1 database, R2 bucket, KV namespace, Hyperdrive config, or Queue created or deleted.
- An Access application, identity provider, service token, or Gateway rule added, removed, or materially reconfigured (domain, policy, session).
- A Cloudflare Tunnel created, deleted, or moving to an unhealthy state.
- A notification policy added, removed, enabled, or disabled.
- An account member added or removed, or a role change.
- A service token within 30 days of expiry.
Each entry records the date, what changed, and, where known, the likely cause, so the log reads as a narrative of the account over time rather than a raw diff.

- Zero Trust: 15 Access applications, 3 identity providers, 3 service tokens, 1 group, 2 Gateway rules, 2 healthy Tunnels.
- Notifications: 4 enabled email policies.
No prior baseline exists, so this entry establishes the reference point. Subsequent refreshes diff against it.
